This past weekend I had an order for 4 dozen cupcakes - 2 dozen chocolate and 2 dozen red velvet - both with cream cheese frosting. Because each recipes made over 24 cupcakes, I had an additional dozen or so to give out!
I love this red velvet recipe and the frosting is to die for (in my opinion). On the red velvet I made small bows out of red shoestring licorice and for the chocolate cupcakes I topped each with a dark chocolate covered espresso bean. I like the idea of using edible decorations on the cupcakes - I guess it takes out the guess work of whether or not you can eat it if it is obvious!

My sister needed a quick present for a longtime friend she found out was having a boy. We turned the items she purchased for the new arrival into a fab little diaper cake. There were 65 diapers, 5 onesies, and 2 sleepers wrapped up inside the cake and we used Johnson and Johnson baby care items to decorate the outside along with much needed pacifiers and a small teddy bear.
