Birthday Cupcakes

My graduation cupcakes from last week were a hit! They got me this past order for some birthday celebration cupcakes. Below are two of everyone's favorites
  • Chocolate Cupcake with Vanilla Creme inside and dipped into a Semi Sweet Ganache. A handwritten "Happy B-day" message was included. (Which I admit needs some work).
  • Classic Red Velvet Cupcake with Vanilla Marscapone and Cream Cheese Frosting. Each of these cupcakes had a Fondant "J" for the names of the two birthday girls sharing a birthday! The "J" was made with a stamp and I love how it looks - I'm going to have to go out an buy more stamps!
  • The other cupcakes were left over from the recipe and I made my husband take them to work to see if he could drum up any business in PA! Each of these cupcakes was topped with a Royal Icing Blossom.

  2. Rene, it looks like you're starting quite a business! That is sooooo cool! I love the cupcakes with the stamp. I must know where you got those! Also, I loved the dogwood blossoms. I was at the cake convention too and really wanted to take a class but waited too long to register. We should carpool to the next one! Hope you're well and keep up with the gorgeous cakes!
