Invitations:
Centerpieces - We used wine bottles to hold flower stems for each of the tables. There were 7 different types of wine including, Bawling River Merlot, Whaling Wind Chardonnay, Rocky Road Riesling, Howl at the Moon Zinfandel, Sobbing Syrah, Tears over Niagara, and Whimpering Gewurztraminer.
Favors - The favors included candles in the shape of a wine glass and cheese spreaders each with a thank you note and a bow.


The Menu - We held this shower at 3pm so we decided stations would be the best choice. The menu consisted of the following options.
- Assorted Cheese
- Fruit Kabobs with chocolate covered strawberries
- Caesar Salad with Parmesan Crisps
- Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Skewers with a Port Balsamic Reduction and Olive Oil
- Assorted mini sandwiches
- Cupcakes
- Sangria Punch


hi Rene, I just wanted to say your party looked great! my son's nickname is Cheese and so I was thinking of doing "2nd Annual Whine and Cheese fest" party for his second birthday..and as I was searching for ideas, I found your blog. great pics. would you have any ideas on how to incorporate this into a toddler party??
